The Meadow.io is seeking a Business Development Manager with strong industry experience, a proven network, and the drive to build lasting partnerships that deliver real results. You’ll connect The Meadow.io to key players in music, live events, and entertainment, and collaborate on innovative projects that blend music with new technologies.

What You’ll Do

• Leverage your contacts in clubs, festivals, and live events to source and close new partnerships

• Pitch, negotiate, and secure deals with music brands, sponsors, and organisations interested in immersive digital experiences

• Build and maintain relationships at decision-maker level

• Transform trends in music and technology into concrete opportunities for The Meadow

• Work alongside our creative team to develop campaigns and activations

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of business development, sales, or partnership experience in the music, live event, or entertainment industry

• Strong network in the club, festival, or brand space – you know the right people and how to reach them

• Affinity with technology (VR, AR, digital platforms, online communities)

• Track record for turning introductions into signed partnerships

• Results-focused, proactive, and clear communicator

• Comfortable at in-person meetings and events with a professional presence
