At Meadow.io, we’re redefining how people experience live music online. Our platform powers virtual music venues that support hundreds of simultaneous users, far beyond the limits of traditional 8-player multiplayer setups.

We’re looking for a Senior Unity Developer to join our team and help shape the future of real-time, immersive experiences. You’ll play a key role in driving technical excellence and guiding the development of our next-generation virtual venues.

Your Role

• Development & architecture: C# multiplayer systems for scalable virtual venues (Unity, networking, performance optimization)

• Technical guidance: Daily support for developers, code reviews, technical advice, and knowledge sharing

• Hands-on development: Primary focus on coding with mentorship responsibilities – you’re actively implementing features

• System design: Design modular systems for URP, VFX, 3D assets, and scene optimization (Windows/macOS)

• Ownership: Your expertise and ideas help shape the platform’s technical direction

What We’re Looking For

Technical:

• Unity + C#: Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with shipped projects

• Multiplayer/Networking: Solid understanding of client-server architectures, syncing, matchmaking

• Mentorship experience: Background in helping and guiding other developers

• UX/UI, URP, optimization for real-time performance

• Hybrid work: Available for office collaboration (3x/week) + active teamwork

Bonus:

• Database knowledge (MySQL/PostgreSQL), REST APIs, WebSockets/WebRTC

• OBS/streaming workflows, motion capture experience
